Service Purpose

DSN Mobility Solutions provides non-emergency medical transportation for seniors, patients, and individuals with mobility challenges.
We do not provide emergency or ambulance services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Booking & Scheduling

• All rides must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Any appointment changes should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to adjust pick-up times to accommodate routing and schedules.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• If the rider is not available at the scheduled pickup time, the trip may be marked as no-show and full charges may apply.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers and caregivers must ensure:

• The rider is medically stable for non-emergency transport.
• The rider uses mobility equipment (wheelchair/walker) safely and correctly.
• Seatbelts are worn during the ride.
• Respectful behavior towards drivers and staff.

DSN Mobility Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.

Caregiver / Assistance Policy

Our drivers provide basic assistance such as:

• Helping passengers enter/exit the vehicle
• Securing mobility equipment

Drivers do not provide medical care, lifting assistance requiring multiple people, or home entry support beyond the doorstep.

A caregiver may be required if additional assistance is needed.

Safety & Liability

• We take every reasonable measure to ensure safe transportation.
• We are not liable for medical events that occur during transport.
• Riders are responsible for informing our team of medical conditions and mobility needs.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required as per the selected booking/payment method.
• Additional charges may apply for wait time, extended mileage, or special accommodations.

We respect your privacy. All personal and medical information is kept confidential and used only to provide transportation services.
